Think about something you’ve always wanted to add to your life and try it for 14 days.  In choosing your challenge, you want to make sure to set a goal that is challenging, meaningful, and doable.  You will use a brainstorming document to find, narrow, and solidify your challenge.  Next, you will document this challenge via field notes and a daily blog (on your DP).  While we work on our challenge as homework, we will use class time to learn about metacognition and growth mindset, hold socratic seminars about our day-to-day practice as it relates to readings, and take time to continually update our blogs.
